Can you prevent me from missing calls?

Indeed. This is known as ‘call overflow’. Many companies prefer to have their phone calls answered only when they are unable to do so themselves. For instance, if you’re away from the office for an hour, or if your in-house receptionist is on lunch break, leave or is occupied with another call, and you receive multiple calls simultaneously. You can choose to redirect your business phone number (to the unique local phone number we assign to your business during the Free Trial setup process) only when the phone rings for a specified duration (such as after 5 rings) or if your line is already engaged. In such cases, our receptionists will answer the call on your behalf, as if we were located in your office. You retain full control, and can rest assured that you’ll never miss another important call again!

How do I pay for my services?

We’re excited to offer you our convenient payment options to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience. To make things easier for you, our services are paid for in advance. You can choose the payment method that suits you best, including direct debit or credit card payments (AMEX, Mastercard, and Visa).

We understand the importance of staying organized, so we make sure all invoices are promptly sent to your nominated email address. Additionally, you can access and print your invoices anytime through your online client portal, giving you full control over your financial records.

To cater to our valued clients in the UK, we partner with GoCardless for direct debit payments. For our clients in the United States and Canada, we collaborate with (ACH) payments. Debit to enable seamless debit transactions from your bank account.

Can I get additional numbers for each area code?

We can set you up with a local phone number based on your location, and if necessary, we can also supply you with multiple numbers in diverse area codes. Featuring local phone numbers in supplementary cities or counties can create the impression that your business is more established or has a wider coverage area. To achieve a national presence, we can provide you with an 0800 freephone number. For further details, please get in touch with us.”

Is the number you give me exclusive to me?

Certainly. You’ll receive a personalized local number that’s exclusively dedicated to your company, and is based on your business location. You can choose to advertise this number directly, or forward calls to it from your existing business number. Whenever a call is received on your exclusive number, our professional receptionists will answer in your business name. If you require multiple numbers or a freephone number to enhance your business, we can provide these at an extra cost. It’s important to note that if you plan to transfer your number in the future, this is only possible for freephone numbers.

Do you except payment by bank transfer or wire?

Certainly. We are happy to accept payment via bank transfer for the United Kingdom and wire for the US and Canada, please note that if the invoice goes on paid for over five days or more the service may be temporarily suspended.
